Q - What is your shipping cut-off time?
A - We make every attempt to ship every product on time. If your order is placed before Noon (12:00 pm EST) on a Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) we ship the same day 99.9% of the time.

Q - Can I select my shipping date?
A - Yes. At the time you place your order you may select a shipping date as much as 30 days in the future. No delivery date can be guaranteed unless Next Day or 2nd Day shipment method is chosen. We do use our best efforts to deliver on or near the 'Expected Delivery Date' as shown on our email confirmation.

Q - What happens if I put the wrong address for a shipment?
A - An Address Correction Fee of $10.00 will be charged to offset the costs of correcting and rerouting a product shipment with an incorrect address to its correct intended destination. This fee is charged to us by our shippers. Please be careful to enter the correct street address for an order, including an apartment or suite number, a correct postal code or other discrepancy from the address of record shown the US postal records or in the records of the shipping carrier.

Q - Does GiftBasketVentures.com ship to other than addresses in the continental United States?
A - International Shipping and costs will be confirmed within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please use information on our Contact Us page to prequalify your order.

Q - What is your Return Policy?
A - Customer Satisfaction is of utmost concern to us at GiftBasketVentures.com. Please select carefully as many of our products are perishable. We will honor return of a gift with full rebate under the following circumstances.

All returns must be sent to "Returns Center, 15700 W. 6th Avenue, Golden, Colorado 80401" at your expense. Return the unused portion of the product with the original packing slip within the specified time and receive a full refund of the product price. Please do notify us by email (see Contact Us) immediately with the reason for the return.

We will honor returns to the Returns Center if received within 15 days from the original shipment date. A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued within 15 days of receipt in the Returns Center to the credit card or PayPal Account used for the original purchase.

We do not allow returns of bulk orders. Please email or call our contact number found on our Contact Us page to arrange for bulk order purchases.

Q - When might I be charged for a Return?
A - For returns caused by delivery attempts to bad addresses, that are refused or that are not deliverable for any reason other than errors clearly attributed to GiftBasketVentures.com, there will be a $20.00 minimum charge per order deducted from the refund credit to be issued.

Q - How do I track my order?
A - We will provide a tracking order number for your orders by email to you generally within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Q - Do you substitute items in your Gift Baskets?
A - We do our best to ship all products exactly as they are on our website, but we may need to substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations or other items in order to fill your order. We do not adjust the price or communicate that we've made a substitution, but we do attempt to use a higher value item when it is necessary to substitute.

Q - Do you accept Bulk Orders? What constitutes a Bulk Order?
A - We welcome bulk orders. Any shipment which contains more than 10 of the same product whether it is going to a single address or multiple addresses is considered a Bulk Order. Do Contract Us if you are interested in a bulk order and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please give us ample lead-time (1-2 weeks) in order to process bulk orders.

Q - Do you offer any discounts for Bulk Orders?
A - We handle bulk orders on individual case basis. We may be able to offer a discount and welcome the opportunity to work with our customers to provide the best value and the best Gift Basket. Depending on packaging we may be able to offer a discount on the shipping cost. We will quote the shipping costs when you place your order.

Q- I am allergic to nuts. Should I be concerned?
A- While GiftBasketVentures.com and our suppliers make every effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included in your gifts, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products. If anyone who might consume the gifts is highly allergic to common food products---for their safety we require that you order one of our non-food gifts.
