On February 7, 2011, the shipping rates were increased based on information supplied by United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS)

Gift Basket Ventures in conjunction with our carriers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested day. Our carriers are not obligated to telephone recipients prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. We are not responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery, decreased product quality problems caused by an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, a reroute requested by the sender, or product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.

We make every attempt to ship every product on time. If your order is placed before Noon (12:00 pm EST) on a Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) we ship the same day 99.9% of the time.

International Shipping and costs will be confirmed within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please use information on our Contact Us page to pre-qualify your order.  APO-FPO Standard Shipping averages 7-10 days.  If you want to expedite delivery please use information on our Contact Us page to pre-qualify your order.  All International and APO or FPO addresses need to be emailed to us.  Please use our Contact Us page.  If you want to complete the payment page, use your address as the ship to address choose APO Standard for shipping cost.  In the message section state "see email for additional information".  If you have any questions please call 1-303-887-9150 and we will be glad to help you. 

We do not allow orders to be edited or canceled within one business day of the requested delivery date, or within the three (3) business days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, because of extremely high volume of orders during these times.

For the 2011 Holidays, we are governed by our carriers' policies and the volume of holiday traffic. Please plan ahead as much as you can to allow for timely delivery.

Customer Satisfaction is of utmost concern to us at GiftBasketVentures.com. Please select your gift carefully as many of our products are perishable and weather and distance should be considered. We will honor the return of a gift with full rebate under the following circumstances:

 

  • We will honor returns to the Returns Center if received within 15 days from the original shipment date. A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued within 15 days of receipt in the Returns Center to the credit card or PayPal Account used for the original purchase.
  • All returns must be sent to "Returns Center, 9084 Marshall Ct., Westminister, CO  80031 at your expense. Return the unused portion of the product with the original packing slip within the specified time and receive a full refund of the product price. Please do notify us by email (see Contact Us) immediately with the reason for the return.
  • We do not allow returns of bulk orders.  If you have a concern about the quality of a product, please order a sample prior to placing a bulk order.
  • For Returns caused by delivery attempts to bad addresses, that are refused by the recipient or that are not deliverable for any reason other than errors clearly attributed to Gift Basket Ventures, there will be a $20.00 minimum charge per order deducted from the refund credit.
